The results are as follows:1.Make preparations of Black ginseng.Put the dried ginseng into garlic juice for 12 h,and let it in the high temperature and high pressure circumstance for 2 h.Drying under reduced pressure oven with 40 for 12 h to kill sterilization and dry ℃by stream and then obtain the compound of heishen.2.Determination of rare ginsenoside.From the HPLC map we can know that about 8-30 min appeared rare ginsenoside Rh1,Rg3,PPT,Rh2,PPD,and the other 5 kinds of rare ginsenoside which with much content.They are respectively 0.29 %ã€0.34 %ã€0.14 %ã€0.96 %ã€0.62 %.HPLC compound black ginseng spectrum many unknown peaks also appear in the graph. The peak concentrations are very high,and more intensive. They are may be the product of ginseng after hydrolysis. They have value to research and can be further studied.3.The kinds and content of amino acids determination.The content of compound black ginseng amino acid are varied and comprehensive which with 21 kinds of amino acids in the determination of amino acids. compound black ginseng except containing glutamic acid and higher levels of threonine and proline and alanine. It contents 2548.21 mg/100 g;arginine contents 936.13mg/100 g.4.Determination of total sugar and reducing sugar. Compare the content of compound black ginseng to the total sugar in ginseng.
