Magnetic fluid hyperthermia is a kind of tumor hyperthermia. The tumor cells are anaerobic cells and they are very sensitive to heat. When the temperature is higher than 41 ℃ and maintained for a period of time, the tumor cells will be obstructed, disintegration and lead to death. Because the magnetic field energy of magnetic fluid absorption in under the action of alternating magnetic field is much higher than other relevant materials, and the magnetic fluid has good biocompatibility and can be conveniently injected tumor cells, so it is generally used as the medium of magnetic hyperthermia.The paper is mainly focused on the desingning of the alternating magnetic field used by magnetic fluid hyperhtermia. Then it was found that the alternating magnetic field generated by the coil is uniform through the finite element method, a C type coil was made. And the paper established the three dimensional temperture field model of magnetic fluid hyperthermia based on the analysis of the heat effect of magnetic fluid and the bio-heat transfer principle. The influenction of the distribution magnetic fluid and injection amount of it on the temperature field is analyzed through the finite element method. Thus obtained how the magnetic fluid distributed in tumor and how much was the magnetic fluid injected can make a good temperature distribution. A vitro heating test device was built to take magnetic fluid hyperthermia experiment, then obtained the temperature curve of every point in the tumor. At last, the paper analyzed the reason of the error compared with the simulation.
