Magnetic Fluid Hyperthermia technology was investigated decades and it was concerned aboradly. It was found that this technology was most effective in system therapies of cancer in many aspects and it had many beneficial characters such as universally adaptability, high specific absorption, thermal by stander effect and dimension targeting effect. Furthermore, the oriented ability of magnetic nanoparticles was concerned widely in clinic therapeutically research. But the clinic applied implement of magnetic fluid hyperthermia technology is very difficult to design and manufacture, so there are no one can reach the target of clinic therapy nowadays. The possible reason is the measurement of temperature of human tissue. The problems mentioned above will discussed in this thesis. Objective: To determine the heating ability of magnetic fluid in alternating magnetic field in vitro. Methods: 1,Put 10mg,15mg,20mg magnetic fluid and 100ul 0.9% N.S in alternating magnetic field, observe the heating ability of different doses of magnetic fluid in magnetic field(30A). Put 15mg magnetic fluid in different alternating magnetic field, observe the influence of heating ability of magnetic fluid in 10A,20A,30A alternating magnetic field. The results analyzed statistical with SPSS13.0. 2,Inject 20g/l magnetic fluid 0.5ml in different place of pig liver, then put it in 20A alternating magnetic field, observe the heating process in central and edge of pig liver. The result was contrast with mathematic model.Result: 1,The 5-minute heating ability of magnetic fluid is positively linear correlated with its doses (r=0.9994, P<0.05) and current of magnetic field(r=0.9659, P<0.05). 2,The results of mathematic model was consistent with the test in vitro. Conclusion: Magnetic fluid had good heating ability in an alternating magnetic field in vitro. We can control the heating process by adjust the doses of magnetic fluid and ampere of electric current.
