Object:To explore the changes of serum Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinases IV(Ca MKIV) levels in the patients with essential hypertension(EH) of Xinjiang Kazakhs,Uygurs,Han,and analyse the correlations beween the serum Ca MKIV levels and blood pressure,obesity,blood lipids,et al.Methods:Totally 170 kazaks and 164 Uygurs cases that came from the epidemiological investigation from November2012 to July 2013 in Hankazi township and Yining of Yili Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang and 173 Han cases that came from physical examimation center of our hospital were selected for the subject.According to their blood pressure, they were divided into EH group of Kazakh and control group of Kazakh, EH group of Uygur and control group of Uygur, EH group and control group of Han, By physical examination and questionnaire,we collected basic datas,blood presseure,body height, weight, waist circumference(WC),hip circumference were measured,and calculate waist-hip ratio(WHR),body mass index( BMI).Total 5ml fasting elbow venous blood was draw to detect the fasting plasma glucose(FPG), Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinases IV(Ca MKI V), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC),blood uric acid(BUA).Serum Ca MKIV was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The datas were analyzed with t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results:(1) The SBP, DBP, WHR, LDL-C, BUA, Cys-C in the EH group of Kazakh was signif icantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05); The SBP, DBP, WC, WHR TG, FPG,Cys-C in the EH group of Uygur was significantly higher than that in c ontrol group(P<0.05); The SBP, DBP, WC, WHR, LDL-C BMI, FPG,Cys-C in the EH group of Han was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);The other datas were no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The WC, WHR, BMI, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C in the EH group of Kazakh was signif icantly higher than that in the EH group of Han,and TG was significantly lower than that in the EH group of Han(P<0.05);The HDL-C in the EH group of Uygur was significantly lower than that in the EH group of Han(P<0.05);The WC, WHR, BMI, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C in the EH group of Kazakh was signif icantly higher than that in the EH group of Uygur, and TG was significantly lower than that in the EH group of Uygur(P<0.05).(3) The DBP, WC, WHR, BMI, TC, HDL-C, FPG, Cys-C in the control group w as signif icantly higher than that in the control group of Han,and The TG, BUA was significantly lower than that in the control group of Han(P<0.05); The TG was in the control group of Uygur was significantly lower than that in the control group of Han(P<0.05); The DBP, WC, WHR, BMI, TC, HDL-C, FPG, Cys-C in the control group of Kazakh was significantly higher than that in the control group of Uygur, and TG was significantly lower than that in the control group of Uygur(P<0.05).(4) The serum Ca MKI V in the EH group of Kazakh, Uygur,Han was significantly lower than that in the control groups(P<0.05);Among the three EH groups, the serum Ca MKIV of Kazakh was the lowest(P<0.05); the serum Ca MKIV in the EH group of Han was signif icantly lower than that in the EH group of Uygur(P<0.05). The serum Ca MKI V in the control group of Kazakh was signif icantly lower than that in the control groups Uygur and Han(P<0.05),and the serum Ca MKI V in the control group of Uygur was significiantly higher than that in the group of Han(P<0.05).(5) In the EH group of Kazakh,the serum Ca MKI V level was negatively correlated with SBP, DBP, BMI, WHR, TG, Cys-C(P<0.05); In the control group of Kazakh,the serum Ca MKI V level was negatively correlated with BMI,WC,TC(P<0.05).(6) In the EH group of Uygur,the serum CaMKI V level was negatively correlated with S BP, DBP, BMI, WC, Cys-C(P<0.05); In the control group of Uygur, the serum Ca MKI V level was negatively correlated with BMI, Cys-C(P<0.05).(7) In the EH group of Han,the serum CaMKI V level was negatively correlated with S BP, DBP, BMI, Cys-C(P<0.05); In the control group of Uygur, the serum Ca MKI V level was negatively correlated with BMI(P<0.05).(8) Multiple regression analysis showed that SBP, DBP and BMI were independent risk fac tors to affect the Ca MKI V in the EH group of Kazakh; BMI was independent risk factors to affect the Ca MKIV in the control group of Kazakh;In the EH group of Uygur, SBP and DBP were independent risk factors to affect the Ca MKI V,HDL-C was independent protect factor to affect the Ca MKI V,and BMI was independent risk factors to affect the Ca MKIV in the control group of Uygur; In the EH group of Han, SBP, DBP and Cys-C were independent risk factors to affect the Ca MKI V,and BMI was independent risk factor to affec t the Ca MKIV in the control group of Han.Conclusion: 1.The serum CaMKI V levels are decreased in the patients with EH of Kazakh, Uygur and Han,and prompting serum Ca MKI V levels associated with the occurrence and development of essential hypertension. 2. The serum Ca MKI V levels in the patients with EH of Kazakh, Uygur and Han are correlated with blood pressure,obesity,Cys-C,and blood lipids, and infer the level of serum Ca MKIV may inf luenced by genetics, lifestyle and dietary habits. 3.The serum Ca MKIV levels both in EH and control group of Kazakh are significantly lower than Uygur and Han,and obesity, metabolic disorders are much more than Uygurs and Han,that maybe the reason that the morbidity of Kazakh EH is higher than that of Han and Uygur. 4.The obesity, FPG, blood lipids in the patients with EH of Kazakh are higher than than of Han and Uygur 2+...
