Background:In recent years due to the development level of science and technology and the rapid increase of people’s living standard, an unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits can be seen everywhere, and the environmental pollution is more and more serious, followed the incidence of chronic urticaria are growing significantly, and the trend of younger. Chronic urticaria has become one of the main diseases affect People’s Daily work and learning, the itch is the most common clinical symptoms of chronic urticaria, also is the important factors that affect the patients life quality, so for the study of chronic urticaria pruritus in the treatment of urticaria is of great significance in the future.Purpose:Of the patients with chronic urticaria by itching questionnaire investigation, comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the patients with chronic urticaria pruritus.Methods:Selected from January 2014 to January 2014 in the clinic of dermatology, the first clinical medical college of shanxi medical university, 80 cases of chronic urticaria patients were investigated using itching comprehensive questionnaire for patients, unite by the designated doctors questionnaire investigation research. Comprehensive analysis of the general conditions,80 cases of patients with chronic urticaria and itching of frequency, time, degree, position and accompanying symptoms, aggravating mitigating factors, the strength of itching, skin lesions involving area, and its influence to the quality of life, etc, and statistical analysis.Results:Effective questionnaires collected from 80 cases, 38 cases of men, women, 42 cases, male and female ratio of 1:1. 11, the onset of the youngest age 2, the biggest 76 years old, with 18 to44, youth most, university degree(30.00%) and upper income the most(32.50%). Frequency of chronic urticaria pruritus, onset time, duration of all young group with 18 to 44, come on up,through the statistical analysis of frequency in SAO is urticant, four groups of age have thedifference on the onset time, duration, but after reset the inspection level, respectively, to 18 to44 age group and other age groups were statistically analyzed, only 18 to 44 in frequency itching group with 65 years of age or older group was statistically significant, the other had no statistical significance.Symptoms of patients with chronic urticaria with burning in 21 cases(26.25%),sweating in 13(16.25%), pain 18 cases(22.5%) and asymptomatic 28 cases(35%). The contributing factors of thermal environment in 41 cases(51.25%), sweating 27 cases(33.75%),30 cases(37.50%), nervous movement 30 patients(37.50%), 37 cases(46.25%), cold environment scratching 30 patients(37.50%). Mitigating factors of thermal environment 31cases(38.75%), sweating 0 cases, tension 27 cases(33.75%), and 0 cases, 34 cases(42.50%),cold environment scratching 29 cases(36.25%). Involving the scalp itching parts of 35 cases(43.75%), facial 40 cases(50.00%), cervical 43 cases(53.75%), the back of the 42 cases(52.50%), the chest 42 cases(52.50), the genital 33 cases(41.25%), 47 patients(58.75%), double arm hands 34 cases(42.50%), 50 cases of double lower limbs(62.50%), bipedal 36 cases(45.00%); Skin in the affected areas of the scalp 32 cases(40.00%), facial 38 cases(47.50%),genital 32 cases(40.00%), 48 cases(60.00%) cases, double arm hands 33 cases(41.25%), 50 cases of double lower limbs(62.50%), foot in 35 cases(43.75%). Itch itch degree 0(no) in 5cases(6.25%), 1 minute, 4 cases(5.00%), 2(micro itch) in 5 cases(6.25), 3 points and 6 cases(7.50%), 4(some itching) 14 cases(17.50%), 5 points, 7 cases(8.75%), 6(very urticant) 10cases(12.50%), 7 points 6 cases(7.50%), 8 points(SAO is urticant acuteness) 9 cases(11.25%),9 points, 7 cases(8.75%), 10 points(SAO is urticant bear hard), 7 cases(8.75%). Itch effect on everyday life: don’t affect the 27 cases(33.75%), 22 cases(27.50%), small effects of effects of medium of 17 cases(21.25%), the serious influence 14 cases(17.50%); Itch effect on mood every day: don’t affect 20 cases(25.00%), 26 cases(32.50%), small effects of effects of medium19 cases(23.75%), serious impact on 15 cases(18.75%), effects of sleep a day doesn’t affect the19 cases(23.75%), 26 cases(32.50%), small effects of effects of medium 14 cases(17.50%),serious impact on 21 cases(26.25%).Conclusion:1. Chronic urticaria can occur at any age, female incidence of slightly more than men;2. The area of chronic urticaria pruritus and vitiligo patches can occur anywhere in the body;3. The degree of chronic urticaria pruritus is not focused on the stage of severe itching and no itching, and the feeling of most of the patients is "some itch", thus the itch of chronic urticariais not hard to bear, but often make people feel uncomfortable a SAO is urticant, it is this feeling seriously affected people’s normal life, study and work.
