| Objective: CU Patients through a questionnaire survey to study the patient social,psychological and biotic factors on the impact of CU,for clinicians in the future treatment of Patients with emphasis on the spirit to Provide the basis of Psychological counseling.Method :â‘ Object 150 patients were selected from May 2008 to February 2010 Dermatology, Henan Province Chinese medicine hospital.Of all cases of CU vulgaris are in line with the Western diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria.And 60 males,90 femals,105 were married, unmarried 45.â‘¡Contents of the questionnaire This questionnaire divides three parts.The first part altogether 34 qeustions ,mainly from the biology,the psychology,the social mode embarks,fill in subjecttively answers by the patient. The second part is about the patient daily life influence,idcludes six questions, involveing the food prohibition, the sports, dines out, to put on are dressing up, the economic burden, the work and rest rule and so on.The goal of last questionnaire lets the patient write his or her biggest pain which come from CU under the first response.Includes 7 entries,may choose one or severl,if they have other pain not mentioned,they can write down.â‘¢Statistical Methods Standardized all date, Application of statistical Paekage SPSS13.0. Use the Chinese medicine specialized theory to analyse and Statistics processing. The statistical method has: Frequency statistics, descriptive statistics, single sample T-test, multi-sample T-test and so on.Results: According to each factor's frequency distribution statistics may look that the psychological aspect influence is the most important .The performance outstandingly the long-term difficult disease to cause the patient to constrain, anxious, even the disposition change and so on. Moreover, through the question and answer option the biggest pain which creates to the CU patients is the skin pruritus Conclusions: As a result of CU,patients receive much serious limit.
