Neuropsychological Characteristics And The Related Influencing Factors Of Vascular Cognitive Impairment No Dementia Patients

Objective:To discuss the related factors and neuropsychological characteristics in MMSE and Mo CA of Vascular cognitive impairment no dementia(VCIND).Methods:70 hospitalized patients with VCIND were used as study group(V group),who were from the first hospital of Shanxi medical university neurology in March 2013 to September 2014.At the same time, a total of 70 cases healthy people whose age and sex matced with V group were used as normal control group(N group).The clinical data of patients was collected by the form designed for this subject.We evaluated the patients by MMSE and Mo CA scale.The relationship between the factors and VCIND was analysed by single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression.The feature difference between in the field of cognitive psychology was analysed by two groups t test.So that we could analyse neuropsychological characteristics of VCIND in the MMSE and Mo CA two scales.Results:1.By single factor analysis,the alcohol abuse, cultural degree, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, higher TC, and LDL rise, high HCY and elevated c-reactive protein levels were statistically significant in the difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.By multiariable logistic regression analysis, the influence factors of VCIND were alcohol abuse,cultural degree,high blood pressure, diabetes, high HCY.The higher cultural degree was the factor for protection.Others were risk factors.3.The scores of verbal exposition and the graph description of V group were lower than N group in the MMSE scale, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The scores of covering space and executive function, abstract thinking of V group were lower than N group in the Mo CA scale, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.VCIND disease is associated with a variety of factors, including alcohol abuse, cultural degree, high blood pressure,diabetes, high HCY.Among them,culture degree is the factor for protection, other are its risk factors.2.The characteristic of VCIND is the damage of verbal exposition, graph description in MMSE scale.3.The characteristic of VCIND is the damage of covering space,executive function, abstract thinking in Mo CA scale.
