Purpose: This study is in "medullary false Poison Damaged" under the guidance of thetheory of pathogenesis, vascular cognitive impairment no dementia (VCIND) patients withsyndrome of traditional Chinese medicine for widespread screening, a preliminaryunderstanding of the syndrome distribution, and the main syndrome elements and cognitivedomain correlation was investigated, cognitive function damage to grasp the characteristics ofspleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm Mongolia orifices composite syndromes, provides thetheory basis for the further intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.Method: By using the method of large sample screening, using the mini mental stateexamination (MMSE), the scale of Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA), HamiltonDepression Scale (HAMD), the clinical dementia rating scale (CDR), Hachinski ischemicscale (HIS), activity of daily living scale (ADL) scale, according to the inclusion criteria andexclusion criteria of encephalopathy, Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine in2012December-2013December outpatient and inpatientnon dementia vascular cognitive impairment (VCIND) patient screening,400cases ofVCIND patients were7table card type evaluation, through statistical analysis, to explore therelationship between patients with VCIND syndrome factors and cognitive domain.Result: After statistical analysis, we study in400cases of VCIND patients (77.97%),spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm (48.31%) in the VCIND7single syndrome in thehighest proportion. Composite type of syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegmMongolia orifices complex syndrome (39.83%) was the highest. The spleen and kidneydeficiency, turbid phlegm of complex syndromes and neuropsychological scale orifices shows, patients in the MMSE scale score of each item score lower proportion of the top three is thecalculation of force (19.86%), memory (25.53%), language (43.97%). Patients in the MoCAscale of each item out of proportion among the latter three is delayed recall (7.86%)(13.48%),attention, language ability (23.4%). The MoCA scale attention items of each of3(i.e.,computing power) out of proportion to the lowest31.21%.Conclusion: The results of this study show, VCIND patients with spleen and kidneydeficiency, phlegm Mongolia orifices complex syndrome account for the largest proportion, which verified the "medullary false poison damage" scientific encephalopathy pathogenesis ofcritical theory. The syndrome elements and psychometric analysis scale each cognitivedomain MMSE, spleen and kidney deficiency, turbid phlegm combined syndrome typeorifices patients in more serious stress calculation of cognitive domain damage.
