Aim:120 cases of gestational hypertension, and the relationship with occupation, age, parity, gestational age, blood pressure grading, blood pressure elevationwere investigated in this study.Clinical TCM syndrome characteristics and its effect on perinatal outcome were analyzed,in order to guide clinical prevention and control, reduce its impact on pregnancy outcomes.Method:Using a multi-center epidemiological clinical investigation method,120 cases of pregnant women with gestational hypertension were collected according to the diagnostic criteria of Western pregnancy gestational hypertension.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistics, analyzing the frequency of TCM syndromes. The hypothesis test was performed by two-sided test, and the test level was ?=0.05.The confidence interval uses 95% confidence. The chi-square test was used to compare the count groups.Measurement data were measured by “mean±standard deviation”,and t-test was used for comparison between groups.Results:1.Distribution in occupation, age, parity, and gestational age: occupational aspects: mental workers account for the largest proportion.Age: Pregnant women aged 18-29 account for the largest proportion. The number of births: the number of pregnant women with the highest number of births. In terms of gestational age: pregnant women with a maximum of ? 38 weeks of pregnancy.2.Blood pressure grading, blood pressure elevation: high blood pressure level 2 pregnant women. In terms of elevated blood pressure: the majority of pregnant women with elevated systolic blood pressure.3.Hypertension group and normotensive group in the family history of hypertension, hospital days, pregnancy, fetal distress, premature delivery, birth weight(P<0.05),statistically significant.4.Complications and non-complication groups were statistically different in preterm infants and birth weight(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in fetal distress(P>0.05).5.Distribution of TCM syndrome types and related factors:1)Occupational aspects: the most common type of mental health pregnant women is spleen deficiency and wetness syndrome;the most common type of physical strength pregnant women is sputum on the fire.P<0.01,suggesting that there is a significant correlation between occupational and TCM syndrome types in pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy.2)Age: the most common type of pregnant women aged 18-29 is sputum on the fire;the most common type of pregnant women aged 30-39 is spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome;the most common type of pregnant women ?40 years old is kidney deficiency Water certificate.P<0.01,suggesting that there is a significant correlation between the age and the distribution of TCM syndromes in pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy.3)Maternity: the majority of pregnant women with 0 times of birth, the most common type of syndrome Is spleen deficiency and wetness syndrome;the first common pregnancy, the most common syndrome is spleen deficiency and wetness syndrome;pregnant women with ?2 times Common syndrome type is kidney deficiency water syndrome.P<0.01,suggesting that there is a significant correlation between the distribution of TCM and the distribution of TCM syndromes in pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy.4)Gestational age: 20-32 weeks of pregnant women, the most common type of syndrome is liver qi dynasty;33-37 weeks pregnant women, the most common type of syndrome is liver qi dynasty;?38 weeks of pregnant women,The most common type of syndrome is the scolding of the fire.P<0.05,suggesting that there is a significant correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes in pregnant women with gestational age and pregnancy.5)Blood pressure grading: the most common syndrome type of hypertension in pregnant women is sputum on the sputum;hypertension 2 grade pregnant women, the most common syndrome is yin deficiency liver syndrome;hypertension grade 3 pregnant women, the most common syndrome The type is a syndrome of kidney deficiency.P<0.01,suggesting that there is a significant correlation between the classification of blood pressure values and the distribution of TCM syndromes in pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy.6)Theblood pressure elevation: the most common syndrome of pregnant women with elevated systolic blood pressure is the liver qi dynasty;the most common syndrome of pregnant women with elevated diastolic blood pressure is spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome;systolic and diastolic blood pressure The most common type of syndrome for elevated pregnant women is the scolding of bonfire.P<0.05,suggesting that there is a significant correlation between the increase in blood pressure and the distribution of TCM syndromes in pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy.7)Urinary protein: in 120 cases of gestational hypertension group,58 cases of urine protein test positive,a total of 62 cases were negative.P>0.05,suggesting no correlation between the distribution of urinary protein and TCM syndrome types in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Conclusion:1.Through the investigation and follow-up of 120 clinical cases,it was found that the hypertensive disorder of pregnancy mainly has a great relationship with liver, spleen and kidney.Clinically, the two syndrome types are spleen deficiency and dampness, and kidney deficiency and water are prosperous, providingthe thought for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.2.This study summarized the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in different occupations, ages, parity, gestational age, blood pressure grading, blood pressure elevation, and urinary protein.Among them: there were significant correlations in different occupations, ages, parity, and blood pressure values(P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between gestational age and elevated blood pressure(P<0.05).There was no correlation between urinary protein(P>0.05).Provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
