TGF β 1(PG/ML) and high-resolution CT serious degree of correlation coefficient RS = 0.908, P = 0.033,which is considered to be TGF β 1 and high-resolution CT severity is related.Conclusion:Each of imaging changes rabbit coal pneumoconiosis by high-resolution CT observed and correlated with serum TGF-β1 content of coal pneumoconiosis model rabbit serum TGF-β1 with the progression of gradually increasing trend.
