Objective:Using clinical epidemiological method and related basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as a guide to explore the TCM syndrome of coalworker’s pneumoconiosis. The clinical study is to investigate the Syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine of CWP,and analyze the etiology and pathogenesis, and summarized the pathogenesis of the disease in order to find regular pattern of differentiation. It will enrich the Chinese medicine treatment of pneumoconiosis of theory, and provides the guidance basis of diagnosis and improve the clinicaleffect. Methods:According to basic theory of TCM,modern epidemiological methods are applied to set up a database and analyze the syndrome features of CWP.Clinical information collection table of atopic cough is made to investigatethe general information and four diagnostic methods of TCM of patients. Theobservation is analyzed by epidemiological methods to summarize the TCM syndromepattern of CWP. Specifically,collect99cases of CWP randomly, investigate themedical history, symptoms, physical signs and auxiliary examination carefully, use Excel spreadsheet to set up a database, and then make usage of SPSS17.0to descriptive analysis, frequency analysis, and clustering analysis, and make a summary of TCM syndrome patterns of CWP. Professional distribution are mine workers, and all have clear occupational dust exposure, accounted for100%of the included in the total number of cases.Results:99cases of CWP through clinical research permits pending the preliminary analysis:99cases of male patients (100%).Average age was (64.76+1.677),among them with56-75-year-old patient is given priority to,and these account for82.8%of the included in the total number of cases. Symptoms in patients with CWP,there are seven main frequency more than30%, the symptoms are, in turn, cough (100%), expectoration (96.0%),shortness of breath (95.0%),chest tightness (83.0%), pharynx itching (73.0%),chest pain (34.0%),pharynx pain (34%). There are seven systemic symptom frequency more than50%,these symptoms for insomnia (76.8%), pharynx ministry mucous membrane hyperemia (76.8%), afraid of the cold (63.6%), urinary frequency (62.6%), lips and nails appear dark purple (59.6%), afraid of wind (58.6%),Easy to catch a cold (52.5%). Tongue mainly have three kinds of color, they are red (32.3%),cardiac (29.3%), dark red (21.1%).There are mainly three furs of tongue:thin white fur and thin yellow fur, thick yellow fur, and their frequencies were30.3%,21.2%and30.3%. Coating on the tongue dry and greasy tongue coating accounts for larger proportion, the proportion of them were42.4%and42.4%respectively.Main pulse condition:thin slippery pulse condition and thin pulse condition respectively accounted for12.1%. Fine veins and arteries and veins sliding proportion is larger,60cases (60.6%), respectively,44cases (44.4%) and pulse number20 cases,(20.2%),pulse (19cases),weakness (19.2%),pulse delay of19cases, accounted for19.2%,pulse string18cases, accounting for18.2%.In patients with Coalworkers’ pneumoconiosis by syndrome differentiation type can be divided into nine type:cold invasion of lung, pulmonary qi weakness, cold wind thermal invasion of lung, lung heat, phlegm heat invasion of lung, lung phlegm wet resistance, temper deficiency, lung deficiency, blood stasis. Conclusion:Coalworkers’pneumoconiosis in the long course of disease, repeated attacks. Disease mainly in the lung, and it belongs to the virtual and real both, throughout dust in violation of the basic pathogenesis of lung disease process.Coal workers’pneumoconiosis law of syndromes are Mainly divided into nine types:cold make the lung, lung deficiency, wind cold heat make lung, tables, lung heat, phlegm heat accumulate lung, lung phlegm wet resistance, temper deficiency, lung deficiency, blood stasis.
