Clinical Research About Professor He Tian-you’s “targeting Acupuncture” Method Treating Post-stroke Dysphagia

Objective: To evaluation the treatment effect of professor He Tian-you’s “Targeting Acupuncture” method treating post-stroke dysphagia, and seeking the better treating method for post-stroke dysphagia.Methods: 80 patients according to the standard were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in each group. On the basis of swallowing training, the “Target acupuncture” method and the therapeutic apparatus of swallowing obstacle were given respectively. Monday to Friday 1 times a day, Rest on Saturday and Sunday, 5 times a week, 20 times(4 weeks) is 1 course. The VF was evaluated at the beginning and the end of the treating course.Results: The 2 group both have significant effects(P<0.01), There was no significant difference in total efficiency(P>0.05), However, the acupuncture group in the cure rate(P<0.01) and swallowing score(P<0.05) was superior to the therapeutic apparatus of swallowing obstacle group.Conclusion: The “Target acupuncture” combined with swallowing training can improve the swallowing function of the patients with post-stroke dysphagia, and the effect is better than that of the therapeutic apparatus of swallowing obstacle.
