Objective To explore the evaluation of f MRI-based diffusion tensor tractography in the Spatial relationships between white matter tracts and Normal brain tissue of rat brain glioma model. Methods SD rats(20 adult, weight about 250 g), The rats were injected with C6 glioma cells in the right caudate nucleus. Conventional MRI, DTI, T2 WI in 10 days for implantation with magnetic resonance imaging scanner with special coil 20 rat C6 brain glioma model after. Determine the location of the tumor, by the latter part of the image processing to develop the 3D white matter tracts, visualize the relationship between white matter tracts and tumor. Make serial sections depend on the maximum level of brain tumor detected by DTI(coronal).Apply HE and Ki67 to clarify the nature and grade determination of tumor, the tumor’s evasion of the normal brain tissue and the relationship between tumor and the normal brain tissue. Results The latter part of the image processing of MRI show with the effection of the tumor’s evasion, the destuction and displacement of white matter tracts are obvious. HE 、Ki-67 also confirm the destuction and displacement of white matter tracts are obvious. 3 equal return on investment in 14 C6 glioma peritumoral edema were(0.591+ 0.036)FA average value. The correlation between the infiltration of peritumoral edema tissue FA levels and cell infiltration was negative(R =-0.971), of which 15 were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusions 1.Pathology can test reliability of f MRI-based diffusion tensor tractography in the Spatial relationships between white matter tracts and Normal brain tissue of rat brain glioma model.2.The application of f MRI-based DTT can provides an important theoretical foundation In clinical surgery.
