The most common intracranial tumors of gliomas, according to the WHO classification criteria, state that gliomas can be divided into four grades according to their symptoms.Among them,?,? grade low grade glioma,?,? grade high grade glioma.Because gliomas has a high lethal rate,it has received widespread attention in the medical field. With the in-depth research of related researchers, people's awareness of this disease is also constantly deepening, and the medical community has made a qualitative leap in the diagnosis and treatment of gliomas.Compared with traditional medicine relying on histological classification, relying on surgery as the main treatment, postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy of gliomas treatment has played a good effect.Under the premise of the completion of the Human Genome Project, due to the development of high-throughput technology, researchers put forward the concepts of individualized treatment of glioma according to tumor morphology and gene characteristics based on molecular pathology and molecular typing. Therefore,in recent years, some molecular markers have been found to guide the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of gliomas, such as MGMT,ATRX mutation, deletion of chromosome 1p/19 q,IDH,TERT promoter mutation,GOLPH3,EGFR,PTPRZ1-MET fusion gene and micro-RNA.Therefore,the analysis of the above molecular markers can make us more in-depth understanding of the occurrence and development of glioma, and in clinical work more effectively guide medical workers in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with glioma and determine the prognosis of patients.
