Background:This research is aims to analysis of the clinical data and the pathological staging of he clinical data of 100 healthy controls and 100 patients with gastric cancer patients, to probe into the worth of D-dimer in clinic correlation between patients with gastroenteric pathology in the diagnostic and treat of gastroenteric analysis D-dimer levels.Methods:Choose the patients that confirmed diagnostic of stomach cancer from 2013.02-2015.02 in hospital Random sample of 100 cases of healthy subjects as controls. The group re-use of gastric pathology grouped into two squad in the light of the transfer,t Pathological tissue types by using the gastric cancer group into two groups, Poorly differentiated group and well-differentiated group. In postoperative TNM staging is divided into two groups, Ⅰ+Ⅱ stage group and Ⅲ stage group.Result:Gastric carcinoma was higher than the control level of D-dimer the difference statistics significance(t=9.735,P=0.000). With lymph node metastasis group D-dimer was significantly higher than the without lymph nodetransfer group, the difference wasstatistically significance(t=2.541, P=0.013); In Poorly differentiated group and well-differentiated group. D-dimer two dimer content increased obviously the discrepancy has statistical criteria(t=2.176,P=0.032); InⅠ+Ⅱ stage group and Ⅲ stage group to the TNM staging.
