The Research Of Effectiveness Evaluation On Health Informatization Construction In Xuhui District, Shanghai

The development of information technologies nowadays is so quickly that the need of the informatization of medical services are becoming more and more popular at the same time. In order to adapt to the require for the need of the informatization of medical services, our study chose Xuhui distract in Shanghai as a subject, and we got some achievements of the informatization of medical services through investigation and questionnaire of 12 medical service center in Xuhui. And we evaluated the system, basic installations, the conditions of safety and the work efficiency. And at last,we found some problems in the informatization of medical services in Xuhui district and gave our suggestions and policy requirements.This paper contains 4 parts as follows:At first,to evaluate the achievements of the informatization,we’ve collected enough data and materials in scene for the preliminary work and reviewed a lot of examples of the informatization of medical services in and out of China in order to ensure the background and the meaning of the study.At the same time, we also chose the information management theory and development theory as the basis tools,by which we built up the evaluation systems and relevant criteria.Secondly, we described the current situation of the construction of the healthy informatization in Xuhui district, which performed reliable data and materials.Thirdly, we found some problems of the system in construction through interviews of several important leaders in the development of informatization in Xuhui district, and collected some suggestions and policy requirements.Fourthly,the questionnaire were made by ourselves in base of the D&M model,and we proceeded the results of the questionnaire, in base of the result, we analyzed which step is the informatization of medical services in Xuhui district on,and gave our suggestions on the healthy informatization in Xuhui district in the future.
