Under the medical reform background, clinical internship doctors as a special group of college students,will face the problems of how combining medical theoretical knowledge and practical operation and how to deal with the doctor-patient relationship and other new problems. The problems of mental health and stress are becoming more and more serious, which is different from the other college students. The survey combined with individual interviews and questionnaire survey, collecting extensively at home and abroad about the pressure source, self-efficacy, subjective well-being, and the research achievement of clinical interns’ psychological status under the medical reform from 2006. Put the subjective well-being as a theme, first of all, to study the demographic statistical variable, pressure source, the effects of self-efficacy on subjective well-being; Secondly, put the pressure source, self-efficacy, with each factor of subjective well-being into analyzing and the research. To find the correlation between the comprehensive factors which is consist of stress and self-efficacy and subjective well-being. Finally, through the interviews, further understand the clinical interns’ standard of subjective well-being and it’s influencing factors. We should adopt corresponding countermeasures to the conclusions of the research.
