The regulatory for vaccine storage and transportation refers to the vaccine in all aspects of storage, transport to the inoculation, always at the temperature specified environment, whether the vaccine in the valid period, vaccine handover records is perfect and a series of guarantee the quality of vaccine, guarantee the safety and effectiveness in preventing ground for reducing a system engineering vaccine loss.Because the vaccine is sensitive to temperature, each link between the field from the vaccine manufacturing department to the vaccine, it may be ineffective due to high temperature, generally vaccine product cargo volume of 14% from logistics, though14% may seem small, but because the base is not small, to the industry losses can not be ignored. How to solve the problems, become a problem in cold chain logistics enterprises. The rise of the Internet of things technology, brings an effective solution to the industry.Technology of RFID through the core of the Internet of things, we can get a relatively comprehensive information, the RFID tag can store information, also can be collected and sent the ambient temperature data, can understand the important parameters of vaccine all kinds of real-time, through the data that can be determined easily, occurrence problem of link, so as to find by hard and thorough search, take measures, eliminate.In order to realize the tracking and monitoring of the quality of products in cold chain logistics, this paper will study the application of the electronic label in the vaccine cold chain in the environment(RFID) research and development and application of middleware combined with intelligent temperature sensor network and node sensing technology, establish the vaccine cold chain monitoring platform, combined with wireless messaging applications, to achieve the temperature real time monitoring and unattended warning, we construct the vaccine cold chain mobile monitoring platform based, so as to realize the monitoring of the cold chain drugs temperature from logistics and transport links, to ensure people’s safety, so as to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics, ensure the quality of logistics products.Application Research of this topic, in order to improve the human vaccine products R & D, production efficiency, the transformation of traditional production logisticsprocess, promote a new and efficient management and control of refrigerated resources science model, provides the demonstration effect can be applied to the supervision of the national vaccine cold chain, but also for our human supervision standard vaccine cold chain the formulation and find a way.
