Research On The Improvement Of ADC Company Cold Chain Logistics Process

Cold chain logistics is produced and developed with the progress of refrigeration technology,and has become an important branch of modern logistics.Cold chain logistics is a systematic project.It requires products to be carried out in every specific part of the supply chain under specific low temperature environment.Therefore,the eold chain logistics is more demanding than the general product logistics,and its professionalism is also more severe.Distribution and warehousing is one of the most important links in cold chain logistics.Their quality directly determines the quality of service,and plays an important role in improving the efficiency of logistics operation and reducing the cost of logistics operation.Based on the background of the cold chain logistics industry,combined with the flow of the logistics center of ADC company to find out the existing problems,focuses on the improvement of cold chain logistics distribution and warehousing processes,through the quality improvement of the logistics process to enhance the efficiency of logistics and cold chain logistics.This paper analyzes the status quo of the two links of ADC company,s distribution and warehousing process,lists the existing problems,and puts forward effective improvement plan and the implementation effect of the evaluation plan.We first introduce the development of independent medical laboratory of ADC company and the main content of this study,the application value and research methods,and then discuss at home and abroad on the cold chain logistics,Petri,GPS and RFID net modeling technology,business process reengineering and other related research results,this thesis studies theory and analysis method.Then analyze the current situation and existing problems of distribution and storage ring in ADC company,s cold chain logistics process,and design ideas,methods,countermeasures and suggestions separately.In the distribution loop process improvement,Put forward the improvement in the way of temperature control and monitoring system,delivery route planning;in storage based on Petri net modeling theory to analyze the process of warehousing,warehouse operations,the shelf encoding process improvement,Process improvement,order processing,distribution and storage aspects respectively to assess the effect of proeess improvement and the implementation of security measures required improvements at the same time,finally summarized and prospects.
