As medical level increasing, the kind and amount for medicine have been increasing. Medical cold-chain logistics industries not only usher in a broad market prospect, but also meet big challenges. Due to characters of the high environmental sensitivity, the short shelf-life and the heavy tracing demand etc,medicine must be not only kept in the specific environment, but also met high requirements for timeliness and connections between each logistics nodes, in all logistics nodes such as warehouse and transport. Due to involving coordinations and concentrating main contradictions between all nodes, the warehouse is the most important nodes in cold-chain logistics. So, the warehouse management not only is the key point on management, but also the crux for meeting automation and information to increase the circulation efficiency, ensure quality safety etc for medical cold-chain logistics. However, the development on automation and information is hysteretic for the system and warehouse management for medical cold-chain logistics, which can not meet needs of the current medicine development.Under the context, some new techniques are combined with medical cold-chain logistics to construct intelligent medical cold-chain logistics system based on internet of things and cloud computing. Then, taking the AS/RS and unbundled warehouse of one medical distribution centre as research object, some key problems involving the warehouse process optimization and management system are optimized to increase the capacity of management and circulation efficiency. Main research contents and innovations are shown as follows:( 1) The intelligent system for medical cold-chain logistics based on internet of things and cloud computing is constructed. Considering diversified service needs for different users, some new techniques, such as internet of things and cloud computing, are used to construct system modules. And, key techniques involving this are researched.(2)Specific to the warehouse node, control structures and multi-agent are combined to the construct hybrid control structure based on multi-agent for onemedical distribution centre. And, some key problems involving the control layer and physical layer are researched. To the control layer, the polychromatic sets theory and particle swarm optimization are used to resolve the key problem of the in-warehouse goods allocation for AS/RS. To the physical layer, the polychromatic sets theory and UML are used to optimize unloading operation procedures for unbundled warehouse.(3)The warehouse management system is specificly developed, based on foreground managing function modules and background database management which are analysised and designed. In eclipse development platform, the JADE is used as the development framework, and MySQL is used as the background database. Then, by hybrid programming based on Java and Matlab, the Java programming language is used to develop WMS integrating the scheduling control and the information management. In addition, RFID serial ports are programmed to realize communication between readers and the PC, in order to provide technical support for information collection indeed based on internet of thing..
