In modern medicine, with the rapid development of medical examination to laboratory medicine, laboratory medicine plays a key role in patient’s diagnosis stage. Laboratory medicine provides the important objective diagnostic basis for clinical medicine. Even in the test and treatment of some diseases it plays an important decisive significance. The earnings of clinical laboratory has been increasingly proportional in operating incomes of hospital and gradually become an important part of the medical department. However, as one of the core managements of hospital quality management, which will be the changeless core forever.Nowadays, clinical laboratory equipment and material procurement have been facing the phenomenon of product variety and the high demands of storage and transportation. A Small mistake in operating procedure may cause the deviation of the test results and bring high purchasing cost and complex relations of settlementIn such a case, hospitals are in urgent need of a professional modern logistics transportation, warehousing and management mode. Achieving a real-time perception of goods in storage, transportation and the client’s situation, so as to adapt to the development in our country medical test and product development of a wide range of logistics services, via products information and business information and management information between supplier and hospital, improving the logistics efficiency, reduce inventory and hospital loss.This paper is going to tell that VMI, i.e. Vendor Management Inventory not only contains the function of the whole logistics system, also can be truly specialization of fully automatic tracking from the aspects of logistics business and information by means of adopting the technology of Internet of things (RFID radio frequency identification technology of GPS vehicle positioning system (GPS) sensors, etc.) in combination with automation equipment such as customer relationship management system in ERP system network platform, integrated into a new type of intelligent medical test equipment logistics service system in medical service. With highly efficient management and service in clinical laboratory field, VMI will gradually develop into the profit model of the third party healthcare professional logistics service enterprise.First of all, with the rapid development of medical test industry, products and consumables category is increasingly various. This paper is going to introduce what customer wants each plot of procedure will be standardization and intelligent for improving work efficiency, reducing error rate and scrap rate. Such as from order, inventory management, to inventory statistics. Secondly, this paper is going to analysis common problems in current medical test equipment logistics and then finding the solutions to design and operation of VMI of medical test equipmentThe purpose of this paper is to apply the modern Internet technology and modern logistics technology and GPS control team to implement the intelligent of the medical test warehouse management. Establishing the first domestic specialized logistics management and distribution of the intelligent system for medical examination and expanding the range of logistics service of Shanghai Runda medical technology co., LTD., by laying solid foundation of material and talents.
