| Objective: To observe the anti fatigue effect of shengyangyiwei Decoction in the treatment of CFS patients with spleen qi deficiency type. Through the detection ofshengyangyiwei Decoction in treating spleen and stomach qi deficiency type CFS patients before treatment,after treatment, Ig A, Ig G, Ig M, immunological indexes change,may reveal the mechanism of shengyangyiwei Decoction anti fatigue.Methods: Taking Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital in 2014 April- 2015 February Department of encephalopathy clinic patients as the research object, the choice of which was diagnosed as chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen qi deficiencypatients. 30 cases in the treatment group were given of shengyangyiwei decoction, 1 day of 1 agents, 30 cases in the control group were given Nuodikang Capsule 1 to 3 times, 1 times and 2 grain, two groups were treated for 28 days. The treatment group and the control groupbefore treatment, after treatment were 1 times of fatigue assessment scale(Fatigue Assessment Instrument, FAI) and activity of daily living scale(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL) integral evaluation as a symptom of the curative effect judgment basis, and the detection of blood Ig A, Ig G, Ig M content as a laboratory to evaluate the curative effect of basis analysis.Results: Rises positive to benefit the stomach group the total effective rate was 86.67%,significantly higher than that of Nuodikang group was 63.33%, statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). FAI, ADL score and laboratory indexes of Ig A,Ig G, Ig M groups were compared before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); compared to FAI,ADL score and immunology index Ig A, Ig G, Ig M of shengyangyiwei group and Rhodiola group after treatment, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rises positive to benefit the Stomach Decoction in the treatment ofchronic fatigue syndrome has better clinical curative effect, can significantly improve memory, improve the ability of daily life, reduce muscle soreness, in improving the ADL integral, FAI integral, the improvement of Ig A, reduced Ig G, Ig M inserum immunology index was significantly better Yunuo Dikang group. |
