| Objective This topic through the observation of treatment with the method for Liuweidihuang tang flavored combined with Enalaprilat on changes in Patients with early type 2 of incipient diabetic neuropathy(deficiency of both qi and Yin),observe the effect clinical curative or the clinical indicators changes.Methods 40 cases of patients diagnosed with early type 2 diabetic neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 20 patients and a control group of 20 patients.and both groups were given glucose, blood pressure,lipid lowering treatment and other infrastructure.The control group received enalaprilat 10mg/day, orally; In addition,treatment group were equipped with treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine, party election Liuweidihuang tang flavored by the hospital pharmacy unified generation fried, according to a daily dose of the liquid concentrate distributed into two bags, each bag of 150 ml, every bag, breakfast, half an hour after dinner, warm clothes.4 weeks for a course, for taking two courses.We should observe all of the patients, treatment efficiency, symptoms cores before and after,clinical symptoms and signs, blood fat,the excretion rate of urinary albumin、C-reactive protein and safety indicators.Results ①the treatment group total efficiency(90%)and the control group, the total efficiency(50%)are more differences(P<0.05);②the treatment group had in improving the signs and symptoms in patients with individual aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and control group(P<0.05);Especially the lazy languid, thirst with liking for fluids,soreness and weakness of waist and knees, dizziness tinnitus and spontaneous sweating were improved obviously(P<0.05);③Before treatment,the syndrome was no differ-ence in total score(P>0.05);The two groups after treatment of syndrome was to compare the total integral have difference(P<0.05), and the total score after treatment syndromes between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05): ④ two the serum C-reactive protein comparison: The two groups before treatment the serum CRP level was no difference(P>0.05),Two groups after treatment serum CRP levels are difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05); And there were differences between the serum CRP comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05); ⑤ two urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) comparison: no difference between the two groups before treatment UAER(P>0.05), no statistically signific-ant, comparable; two groups with UAER was compare have the significant difference after treatment(P<0.05);And after the treatment of UAER comparison between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05);⑥two groups before treatment,FBG, 2h PG,HbA1 C were no differences in comparison(P>0.05);there was differences in FBG(P<0.05)compared with before their treatment,but there was no difference(P>0.05)between groups in 2hPG and HbA1 C compared with before their treatment(P>0.05)⑦The serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C with in the group,between the two groups had no difference(P>0.05);And after the treatment comparison between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05)⑧the whole treatment process, each containing two groups of patients with slight cough symptoms, the treatment group have 1 case of mild symptoms of dizziness, but all can tolerate, continue to complete the entire clinical observat-ion,no other obvious adverse reaction, the safety index is normal, no case fall off.Conclusion Compared with enalaprilat alone, using Liuweidi-huang tang flavored therapy of early type 2 diabetic neuropathy(deficiency of both qi and yin) patients:①can improve the total effective rate of treatment;②patients are better able to reduce syndromes total points and improve the clinical symptoms of tradi-tional Chinese medicine to improve the quality of life of patients;③can better improve the patients serum CRP level, reduce the blood vessels in patients with inflammatory response;④can be more great-ly reduce the UAER of patients, reduce the excretion of urine albumin, in order to delay the progress of kidney damage; And in the process of the treatment did not appear obvious adverse reac-tions.Considerable, security, good curative effect, worth clini-cal promotion. |
