Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Xinjia Xiaoke Prescription In Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasi

Objective:Through the intervention treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis with Xinjia Xiaoke formula,the influence of this Chinese prescription on TCM syndrome efficacy score,motor nerve conduction velocity,sensory nerve conduction velocity,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and other laboratory indexes before and after treatment was discussed.The effectiveness and safety of Xinjia Xiaoke formula in clinical application were observed,providing new methods,approaches and theoretical basis for TCM treatment of the disease.Methods:The 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 patients in each group according to the treatment time number and the principle of randomization.The control group was treated with basic treatment + mecobalamine tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Xinjiaxiaoke formula on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.After 8weeks of continuous treatment,the effects of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.After the end of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome treatment score,motor nerve conduction velocity,sensory nerve conduction velocity and related laboratory indexes of the two groups of patients were compared to explore whether Xinjia Xiaoke formula has the effectiveness and safety in clinical application.Results:Before the clinical study,the two groups of patients were treated with medical statistics,and the differences in age,gender and course of disease were not statistically significant(P>0.05),showing homogeneity and comparability.1.Comparison of the total effective rate of the two groups of patients before and after treatment: In the clinical study,the total effective rate of the treatment group reached80.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 50.00%,with statistical significance(P<0.05),suggesting that Xinjia Xiaoke formula has a clear effect on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.2.The TCM syndromes of both groups were improved after treatment(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the promotion treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of TCM syndromes.3.There was no statistical significance in FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c between the two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The difference of hypoglycemic drug dosage between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the addition of Xinjia Xiaoke formula can reduce the dosage of Western medicine hypoglycemic drugs and play an auxiliary role in hypoglycemia.4.After treatment,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that Xinjia Xiaoke formula can reduce serum inflammatory factors.5.After treatment,motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that Xin Xiaoke formula improved motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity more significantly.Conclusion:The new addition of Xinjiaxiaoke formula can significantly reduce the levels of CRP,TNF-α and IL-6,improve the sensory and motor conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve,and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with diabetes,with significant curative effect.The addition of Xinjiaxiaoke formula can reduce the dosage of Western medicine hypoglycemic drugs for patients and can play an auxiliary role in hypoglycemia.
