Shengqingjiangzhuo Method For Early Diabetic Nephropathy Junction Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis, Clinical Efficacy Research

Objective Ascending Shengqingjiangzhuo Mixture of early diabetic nephropathy junction of phlegm and blood stasis, clinical curative effect.Methods Early diabetic nephropathy were selected in this study the outpatients andinpatients in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and 60 patients with TCM phlegm a nd blood stasis type, using the method of random single blind divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the treatment group was given ascending Shengqingjiangzhuo Mixture plus basic treatment, the control group was given basic treatment, the treatment course is 8 weeks. Thebasictreatment including(DN education, exerciseanddiet controlmethod, lo w sperm proteindiet,insulinor antidiabetic with Novo Norm, Buck givenenalapril maleate tablets / tosue) before and after treatment to observe clinical curative effect, TCM syndrome integral and score of symptoms, changes of blood glucose andglycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin, urine beta 2-MG, Hcy in blood.Results Between the two groups of with clinical curative effect and syndrome integral, symptom integral and the laboratory indexes before with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment, syndrome and symptom integral are improved obviously, within the same group after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05), the comparison between groups in treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05). The two groups after treatment of changes of blood glucose andglycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin, urine beta 2-MG, Hcy in blood is reduced, in the same group after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05), the comparison between groups in treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion(1) Shengqingjiangzhuo Mixture can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of early diabetic nephropathy patients.(2) Shengqingjiangzhuo Mixture can obviously reduce the early stage of diabetic nephropathy patients urine trace albumin, changes of blood glucose andglycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin, urine beta 2-MG, Hcy in blood and glycosylated hemoglobin.
