| Objectives : This research is based on solid theoretical innovation of the basic,clinical inspection work andthe understanding of the key pathogenesis of early infantile pneumonia. The experiment is designed to evaluate therapeutic effect of treating children bronchial pneumonia with Qingfei Juanyin Decoction, with five tiger decoction and Draba nemorosa jujube lung soup as the control group;And The mathematical statistics analysis method is adopted to evaluate the results of the study.To verify the theoretical assumption that reyin syndrome is the major pathogenesis of the early infantile pneumonia lung; To carry forward the reyin theory and the idea of “ cure not ill”; To promote Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment system of pediatric pneumonia.Methods: According to the proportion of 1:1,74 patients(allcases from henan university of traditional Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital in November 2014- February 2015 inpediatric ward 5 with bronchopneumonia) were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group, who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria of bronchial pneumoniaof reyin syndrome. Both groups choosed the corresponding medicine treatment plan, refering to children community-acquired pneumonia management guide. On this basis, the treatment group were given Qingfei Juanyin Decoction and the control group were given five tiger decoction and draba nemorosa jujube lung soup.7 days was a period of treatment;Before and after treatment for 4 days, 7 days were assigned tovisit.Then the comprehensive curative effect of disease, curative effect, the individual syndrome of TCM syndromes and lung wet rale disappearing time were evaluated.By using SPSS20.0 statistical software, all datas were constructed a database to analysis.The experiment is designed to evaluate therapeutic effect of treating children bronchial pneumonia with Qingfei Juanyin Decoction.Results:1 The equilibrium results of the data of the two groups before treatment : there is no statistical significance(P>0.05), in gender, height, age, weight, TCM syndrome total score, the main syndrome total score, total integral and single syndrome integral score. The data has a strong comparability.2 The results( P1<0.05) showed that there are significant differences of each groupt on TCM syndrome integral, the main syndrome and total integral, before and after treatment respectively. The two way in TCM syndrome integral comparison before and after the treatment are decreased obviously.Difference comparison before and after treatment between the two groups on the main syndrome integral, total syndrome integral differential and main single syndrome(dilute salivary and Lung wet fine then), was statistically significant(P2<0.05). The treatment group is better than the control group in Eliminating dilute salivary and Lung wet fine then. Between the two groups there is no statistical significance(P2>0.05) in improvement of integral indifference.3 The comparation of between disease and syndromes curative effectsof the two groups: The treatment group is better than the control group in both sides by using rank sum test(P<0.05).4 The comparation between different points in two groups before treatment, treatment, treatment after comparing two syndrome integral:by using rank sum test,the results(P1<0.05) suggest that the two groups at different time are effective to improve the TCM syndrome integral. Different point between the two groups before treatment and after the treatment, cure syndrome integral differential value comparison, the differences between treatment before and after therapy, treatment and healing, there were no statistical significance(P2> 0.05), treatment before and after treatment statistical significance(P2<0.05), the treatment group in improving cure syndrome after total points is better than the control group.There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)in Completely antifebrile time between the two groups.The treatment group mainly consisted of warm drugs compared with control group, but it did not make the higher temperature or prolonged fever.5 Treatment group and control group found no significant side effects in the process of treatment.There are six subjects in each group who were lost to follow-up exit. Conclusion1 Reyin syndrome is a separate card typefor pediatric pneumonia in early.2 The Qingfei Juanyin Decoction group is better than the control group.in clinical curative effects. of infantile pneumonia(reyin syndrome).3The treatment group is better than the control group in diluting salivary and Lung wet fine then.It can prevent fluid syndrome to phlegm syndrome,which carry forward the idea of“ cure not ill”.4 There is no obvious adverse reaction and the decoction is safe and effective.
