Clinical Study Of Jibi Decoction To The Ankylosing Spondylitis Patients

Methods: In this study, we select 45 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients included in the standard who are from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital outpatient department of rheumatism.we should observe these patients before and after treatment in TCM symptoms、Bath Ankylosing Apondylitis spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI)、Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI)、Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis metrology index(BASMI)、clinical signs of observationsindicators and credits:night pain VAS score、patients global VAS score、laboratory indication and safety indicators.Results: Occiput to wall distance, activity of thoracic, Schober test, TCM syndrome study score, BASDAI score, BASFI score, basmi score, night pain VAS score, patient global assessment of PGA, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein indexes were observed before and after treatment have a very significant difference(t test, P < 0.01); finger to floor distance before and after treatment has a significant difference(t test, P < 0.05).Conclusion: Jibi Decoction is very effective in in improving TCM syndrome candidate、BASDAI、BASFI、BASMI、night pain VAS score、patients global VAS score、erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein.And the specific Chinese herbal is safety.
