The Clinical Research Of Qingreyiqiguchong Decotion In Treating Menorrhagia With Blood Heating And Deficiency Of Vital Energy

Objective:The purpose of this project is to be observed from the theoretical and clinical aspects of Qingreyiqiguchong Decotion(QRYQGCD)to treat Menorrhagia with Blood heating and Deficiency of vital Energy, in order to assess the efficacy of the treatment of Menorrhagia effect.Methods: 60 patients were divided randomly into test group(30 cases,treated with QRYQGCD) and control group(30 cases,treated with Yiqiweixue Cranule).The hemostasis effec,the improvements of clinical symptoms and the density of endometrium,prothrombm time(PT) and activated partial prothrombm time(APTT),the serum hormones level of estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone(E2、FSH、LH)were observed.Results:Comprehensive effect in treatment group the total effective rate was 93.3%, 73.3% in the control group,there was significant difference( P <0.05).Meanwhile,the density of endometrium,PT and APTT were decreased,the serum hormones level of estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were increased compared to that of the pretherapy,there was significant difference between the two groups( P <0.05).It showed that the efficiency of test group was significant superior to that of control group.Conclusion:QRYQGCD is an effective recipe in treating with Blood heating and Deficiency of vital Energy.The effect may be achieved through the operation of decreasing PT and APTT,reducing the level of E2,adjusting the levels of endometrial.
