Objective I.Explore Pharmacological Effects of Radix Astragali and Radix Angelicae Sinensis Compound Decoction in Treating the Syndrome of Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Blood of Mice.2.Evaluate the Clinical Efficacy and Drug Toxicity of Radix Astragali and Radix Angelicae Sinensis Compound Decoction in Treating Patients with the Syndrome of Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Blood.Method 1.In the experiment,we use acetophenhydrazine-cyclophosphamide method and blood-letting method to make the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood mice model and study the effects of radix astragali and radix angelicae sinensis compound decoction on RBC,HGB and PLT amount of the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood animals.Meantime,the serums are separated and collected by conventional methods.The contents of erythropoietin(EPO)and interleukin-1(IL-1)in serum are tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to evaluate its therapeutic effect on the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood.The compound decoction for the treatment of the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood mechanism is explored initially to provide a scientific basis for the research and development of radix astragali and radix angelicae sinensis compound preparation.2.In the experiment,radix astragali and radix angelicae sinensis compound decoction is used to treat patients with the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood.A comparative analysis is made on the patients’ sex,age and course of disease.The clinical curative effect and clinical symptom score improvement are studied after treatment.Liver and kidney function indicators of patients are based on laboratory analysis.What’s more,Clinical Efficacy and Drug Toxicity of radix astragali and radix angelicae sinensis compound decoction are explored.Result 1.A certain dose of radix astragali and radix angelicae sinensis compound decoction can improve or significantly improve the contents of HGB,PLT and RBC of the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood mice model and shows the effect of a certain doses.2.After the establishment of the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood mice model,the content of EPO in the blood decreases while the content of IL-1 increases.When different doses of radix astragali and radix angelicae sinensis compound decoction given,the EPO and IL-1 contained in the blood of normal mice and the deficiency of both vital energy and blood model mice further increase on the whole.A certain dose of radix astragali and radix angelicae sinensis compound decoction can improve the quantitative change of EPO and IL-1 of the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood mice.Besides,the effect will be better if a high dose is given.3.Radix astragali and radix angelicae sinensis compound decoction greatly improves the clinical symptoms of patients with the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood,which contains the improvements of their alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,serum albumin,creatinine and uric acid index.And their blood rheology indexes,whole blood ratio high shear viscosity,whole blood ratio low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet adhesion rate are greatly improved a well.Conclusion Radix astragali and radix angelicae sinensis compound decoction can effectively improve the immune organ index(spleen index and thymus index),peripheral blood component content(red blood cells,hemoglobin and platelets),haemopoietin and interleukin-1 contents in the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood mice.Meanwhile,it can effectively treat patients with the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood in clinical practice,score their clinical symptoms,improve the indexes of biochemical and blood rheology for patients with the syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and blood,and effectively enhance the patients’ liver and kidney function.
