Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of blood-letting puncture and cupping on positive reaction point and to treat the proctagra and hematochezia of hemorrhoids(damp-heat pouring downward syndrome), then provide the majority of patients with hemorrhoids a simple and effective treatment methods to facilitate popularizing and learning.Methods: 60 PD patients were divided into two groups randomly, blood-letting and cupping group and Mayinglong hemorrhoids cream into anal group, 30 cases for each group. 14 days as a Thera. To observe the symptom changes before and after treatment in the patients of two groups. Fill in the “Internal hemorrhoids patient pain, hematochezia symptom observation table”,and comparison of two groups of patients with symptoms, to evaluate the results of treatment.Results: At the end of treatment, Compared with the efficacy of the two groups.To the efficacy of proctagra, in the experimental group, patients’ effective rate is 100%, and the cure rate was 70%.In the control group Patients’ effective rate is 96.55%, the cure rate is 55.17%. P>0.05, There is no significant difference between two groups. To the efficacy of hematochezia, in the experimental group, patients’ effective rate is 93.33%, and the cure rate was 90%. In the control group Patients’ effective rate is 90%, the cure rate is 80%. P>0.05, There is no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:The method of pricking and cupping on positive reaction point has obvious curative effect in treating hemorrhoids’ Symptom of proctagra and hematochezia. it is worth learning and promotion.
