To Observe The Instant Effect Of Cervical Spondylosis By Acupuncturing The Different Acupoints Of Taiyang Channel In Different Depth

Objective: To observe the instant effect of cervical spondylosis by acupuncturing the different acupoints of Taiyang Channel in different depth.Methods: 55 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups. Five acupoints including Tianzhu, Houxi, Shugu, Jianjing, Zhiyang, were treated with shallow acupuncture in control group of 30 patients. The acupoints of Tianzhu, Houxi, Shugu were treated with routine acupuncture and the acupoints of Jianjing and Zhiyang were treated with shallow acupuncture of 25 patients in observation group.The VAS scores, CASCS of two groups were recorded before and after the treatment for 30 minutes and 24 hours after the treatment.Results: There was significant difference in the VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). There was significant difference in the CASCS values of the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The two acupuncture treatment of two groups with cervical spondylosis both have instant effect, but shallow acupuncture has the clinical advantages of less pain.
