Acupuncture Shupoints With Conventional Gas Treatment With The Same Clinical Curative Effect Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective:Through the teacher summarizes the commonly used method in the clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,analysis of the same name by “shupoints”in the treatment of perarthritis of shoulder function mechanism,and compared with conventional shupoints compatibility and observe its clinical effect,to explore and simply adopt the routine acupuncture shupoints to treat the disease clinical differences,so as to provide a more convenient and practical for periarthritis of shoulder,green treatment plan.Method:This study based on the principle of random distribution will be included in the standard of 60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Among them,the treatment group(12 male and female,18 cases with acupuncture classics “shupoints” with conventional acupuncture points with the same method of treatment;13 cases of control group male 17 cases,female,only with routine acupuncture of shupoints method,treatment 3 period of treatment.Observe two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment VAS, ROM and ADL score changes.Result:After statistics analysis,before and after treatment of VAS,ROM and ADL scores were significantly change,two treatment method has significant difference.Conclusion:Two methods of treatment of periarthritis of shoulder all have certain treatment function,but the clinical effect of the former is superior to the latter,especially in the case of analgesia advantage is more obvious,it seems that by “shupoints”in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with the same clinical value worthy of promotion.
