Objective:To investigate the relationship of premature ovarian failure and medicine of abnormal Balgham syndrome between the model of abnormal Balgham syndrome and western medicine premature ovarian failure in rats,the rats reproductive hormones,tissue pathology,to provide the basis for study on premature ovarian failure in the occurrence and development of Uighur medicine treatment of premature ovarian failure.Method:The first group:selection of 100 of the normal function of the female Wistar rats were randomly selected from 10 rats in the normal control group(C group),the remaining 90 modules to build,using for the establishment of abnormal balgham syndrome model 20week.The daily observation of rat biological characterization,the establishment of syndrome model,the orbital blood levels of reproductive hormones by radioimmunoassay,screening of premature ovarian failure syndrome model,then premature ovarian failure syndrome model and syndrome model were randomly divided in abnormal Balgham syndrome model group(A1 group),the syndrome of drug intervention group(A2 group)the syndrome,natural disproof group(A3 group),and the disease model group(B1 group),disease medicine disproof group(B2 group),a group of natural disease(B3 group),were given corresponding proof 2week.The second group:POF rats were randomly divided into 10 groups of female Wistar rats with normal sexual function,and POF rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin.(1)To observe the biological characteristics of rats in each group,and to establish the model.(2)Were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in serum of each group were E2,FSH,LH,INHB,P,PRL level changes;(3)Rats hypothalamus pituitary ovarian axis morphological changes were observed under light microscope;Result:(1)The biological characterization of observation:1,During the modeling biological characterization of observation results:the first group:the model group rats weight have increased slowly,the gradual emergence of shaggy and dull,daily activity decreased,appears lethargy performance,response to stimuli sensitive,competition for water were significantly have reduced or even disappeared,urine volume more and more pale,stool and soft,shapeless,greasy tongue coating;The second group:POF group weight have lost,intake of food and water and two have reduced,tongue white and hair have loosed,sleepiness,mental low-spirited,slow change;2,drug intervention during biological characterization:drug intervention,A1 group,B1 no significant changes in A2 and B2 group;Get together less dynamic phenomenon had been improved but still with the normal control group had obvious difference,the gradual emergence of competition for water significantly,decreased urine output,color yellow,stool quantity have decreased,soft stool wet forming,light red tongue with thin white.(2)Between the rats serum E2,FSH,LH,PRL,P and INHB level change trend and compared between groups;Compared with C rats,A1 rats serum E2,P,INHB and FSH decreased,LH increased and significant difference compared with C group.The rats in group B1 serum E2 and INHB have decreased while FSH increased and had significant difference compared with C group.E2,FSH and INHB levels in serum of rats in group A2 were significantly improved compared with those in group B2 with E2,FSH,LH and INHB.The improvement of E2,FSH and P levels in the B3 group was significantly improved only after feeding conditions.(3)Histological changes of hypothalamus:normal control group(C group):hypothalamic glial cells and neurons in cell number and volume of uniform,neat,clear structure,hylperchromatic nucleus nucleus circumscribed.Syndrome model group(A1 group):hypothalamic matrix have loost,began to appear in some nucleus is unclear;Syndrome of drug intervention(group A2):hypothalamic matrix closely,most deeply stained nuclei,individual nuclei were not clear;Disease model group(B1 group):hypothalamic matrix have loost structure,like a reticular,accompanied by hyperemia and some nucleus staining shallow,vacuolar lesions.Drug syndrome and disease intervention group(B2 group):hypothalamus matrix have slightly loost;Pituitary:normal control group(C group):pituitary dense structure,eosinophilic cell and chromophobe cell structure was normal;Syndrome model group(A1 group):pituitary nuclear matrix have loost,the boundary is not clear,the individual bubbles like changes karyoplasms obviously,the nerve matrix have loost;Syndrome of drug intervention(group A2):adenohypophysis and neurohypophysis were slightly loost,less cell nucleus nucleus with clear border;disease model group(B1 group):pituitary matrix loose reticular structure,obvious syndrome and disease;Drug intervention group(B2 group):adenohypophysis and neurohypophysis matrix loose have improved;Ovary:normal control group(C group):follicular growth and active,well developed,the number of visible follicles and mature follicles.The syndrome model group(group A1):the number of corpus luteum was less,the volume is shrinking,the number of follicles at all levels were significantly reduced.Syndrome drug intervention(group A2):mature follicles,follicular development at all levels are good,rich in luteal cells.Conclusion:The abnormal balgham syndrome and premature ovarian failure syndrome rat model,the biological characterization of height and dimension of medicine clinical syndrome characteristics coincide,the test drug muniziq Balgham mixture intervention results have showed that the disease syndrome animal model is scientific,better reliability and stability.
