Objective:Through clinical research, we evaluate the total clinical effication(including menstruation, TCM syndromes, sex hormones and so on) which bushen-shugan fang of premature ovarian failure (kidney deficiency and liver stagnation), explore the clinical curative effect of nourishing liver and kidney, facilitating resolve depression on POF and preliminary study its action mechanisms and the importance of disease preventionMethods:Selected 40 patients, randomly divided into two groups, each through 2 period of treatment. The first period:the treatment group takes bushen-shugan fang combined with estrogen progesterone sequential therapy for 3 months, the general group takes kuntai capsule combined with estrogen progesterone sequential therapy for 3 months. The second period:the treatment group takes bushen-shugan fang for 3 months, the general group takes kuntai capsule for 3 months. Compared with the kuntai capsule combined estrogen progesterone sequential, the effect is more significant, has less adverse reaction, so it can be used as an effective treatment method.
