Clinical Research On BADUANJIN Combined With Electrical Interference For The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: This study by observing the effect of BADUANJIN combined with electrical interference and simple BADUANJIN and simple electrical interference based on clinical therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation, verify that the three methods of treatment differences in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, in order to provide more effective rehabilitation therapy for many patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods: Divided 60 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the standard into three groups randomly: group A, BADUANJIN treatment group; group B, electrical interference treatment group; group C- BADUANJIN combined with electrical interference treatment group, 20 patients in each group. Three groups of patients according to their treatment, will be treated once daily, five times a week, 4 weeks for a course of treatment, observation of a course. The patients were respectively assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS) and the Chinese oswestry disability index(CODI)before treatment and after four weeks of treatment quantitatively.Results: ①The quantitative comparison of efficacy in the group: three groups of the respective VAS,CODI score before treatment and after treatment respectively, and follow-up at the time of the three score comparison, paired t test, score changes were statistically significant( P < 0.05). The total curative effect comparison of three groups: ②BADUANJIN combined with electrical interference group respectively and two other groups, the rank sum test, the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05), the BADUANJIN group and the electrical interference group, the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0.05).Conclusion: BADUANJIN combined with electrical interference and simple BADUANJIN and simple electrical interference in improving pain and dysfunction in patients with lumbar disc herniation were effective, and the effect of BADUANJIN combined with electrical interference of lumbar disc herniation is better than simple BADUANJIN and simple electrical interference.
