The Clinical Study Of Using Huo Xue Jiedu Decoction To Treat Spleen Deficiency And Toxic Stasis Of CAG

Objective: To evaluate the affection of HuoXue Jiedu Decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),and to explore its mechanism.Providing clinical and theoretical guidance for the rule to treat the toxin theory.Methods:Selecting 60 cases of patients with CAG,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group were given Huoxue Jiedu decoction once a day,and the control group were given Weifuchun tablets 4 pieces one time and 3 times a day.Recording the clinical symptoms, gastroscopy, pathology, Helicobacter pylori(Helicobacter pylori, Hp), the changes of hemorheology and blood clotting tetrachoric.Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.33% in the experimental group and 56.67% in the control group, which had a significant difference(P<0.05);Total effective rate of TCM syndrome comprehensive test in the experimental group was 93.33%.In the control group the data was 80%.Difference had a satistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment, blood, blood clotting and the pathological changes in endoscopy all had statistical significance difference between two groups(P<0.05);Hp clearance rate in the experimental group was 43.48%,and there was no statistical significance difference compared with control group which with the data of 15.00%(P=0.302>0.05).Conclusion: Based on the theory of “Cure From Toxin Statement” Huoxue Jiedu decoction had an comprehensive curative effect. CAG can be treated by “Cure From Toxin Statement”.
