Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Principle On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(Spleen Deficiency With Stasis Toxic Type)

Aim:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions under the guidance of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Principle on chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency with stasis toxic type),and to provide objective basis for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency with stasis toxic type),60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions under the guidance of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Principle,and the control group was given Weifuchun tablets.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The score of TCM syndromes,gastroscopic signs,the visual analogue scale and safety indicators of the two groups were collected before and after treatment.The adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded,statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS 20.0.Result:(1)The total effective rate was 82.76% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group,which was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(P<0.01),and the decrease in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of each single syndrome in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal distension,pain which refuse pressure and bitter taste or dry mouth in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the effect of erythema,erosion and mucosal atrophy was not significant(P>0.05),except for the improvement of intramucosal hemorrhage,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the visual analogue scale of the two groups decreased(P<0.01),and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,degree of inflammation and degree of inflammation activity in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.01).The improvement of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The eradication rate of Hp was 60.87% in the treatment group and 68.18% in the control group.The eradication effect of Hp in the two groups was similar(P>0.05).(4)There were no serious adverse drug reactions in the two groups,and 1 case of diarrhea in the control group.There were no abnormalities in the safety indexes before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions under the guidance of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Principle can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and alleviate the degree of pathological changes of mucosa in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency with stasis toxic type),and has good safety.The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has a certain clinical value.
