Objective:This study was to investigate the pathogenesis related factors,and discuss the characteristics of the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome; For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome type of Syndrome differentiation and treatment.Method:Under the guidance of mentor Ye chief Physician,director of research carried out by the relevant clinical data of 200 cases of female patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, establishment of relevant databases, the information system using SPSS statistical analysis to identify the relevant factors of this disease, While female patients with symptoms of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome statistical analysis to explore the distribution of disease Syndromes and differentiation characteristics.Results : 1.By analyzing the clinical data of descriptive statistical methods summarized the pathogenesis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome risky factors:with age,culture and education level, sports,diet partial addicted and motherhood。2. According to the result of clustering analysis. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome can be divided into Nephrasthenia Syndrome,Phlegm dampness syndrome,Pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-Qi, Qi-stagancy and blood stasis,four syndrome type.Conclusion:Summarizes the four kinds of Pathogenic factors of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome; 2.Using the statistical methods, Such as cluster analysis to classify basicsyndromes of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful.3.The current conduct Polycystic Ovary Syndrome morbidity related factors andcharacteristic of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome distribution epidemiological investigation has a certain of practical significance to guide clinical work.
