Clinical Study Of Jianpi Shengjin Treatment On Sjogrens Syndrome (Qi Yin Liang Xu Symptom)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect, security and mechanism of Jianpi Shengjin Treatment on Sjogrens Syndrome(QiYin LiangXu symptom)Methods: 60 cases with Sjogrens Syndrome were divided into two groups randomly: the test group(30) and the control group(30). The test group was given Jianpi Shengjin Fang and HydroxyChloroquine Sulfate tablets,and 3 months were set as a course fo treatment. The control group was given HydroxyChloroquine Sulfate tablets for 3 months.The clinical effect and security of each group were observed before and after the treatment.Results: 1,There were significant differences in the general effect between two groups. The effect of the test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05), 2,The decline of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome integral of the test group was superior to the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 3, The relief of dry mouth symptoms of the test group was superior to the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 4,The relief of dry eye symptoms of the test group was superior to the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 5, The decline of ESSPRI final score of the test group was superior to the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The advantage appears mainly on the aspects of the relief of dry symptoms, limb pain, and body fatigue. 6, The decline of immunity indicators like ESR, RF and IgG of the test group were not superior to the control group and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). 7,The security indicators were all within the safe range in the test group and the control group. The adverse reaction did not occur in the test group nor the control group.Conclusion: Jianpi Shengjin Treatment turns out to have significant effect in the treatment of Sjogrens Syndrome. The mechanism of this therapy may have relation to protecting the vascular endothelial, anti-inflammation, regulate the immunity, and antitumor.
