Based On Association Rules Of The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment On Post Stroke Depression During Nearly Fifteen Years

By mining and analyzing the treatment of Post Stroke Depression with Association Rules,to analyze the treatment of Post Stroke Depression in modern Chinese medicine,and summarizes the main drugs and compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Post Stroke DepressionMethods: Over the past fifteen years(2002-2016 years)the literature of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Post Stroke Depression,according to the inclusion criteria,screening and sorting the prescription of the establishment of a data set using SPSS C lementine12.0 data mining software,using Apriori algorithm,setting the minimum support degree is 10%,minimum confidence is 75%,by mining the drug composition and rules.And with the Web node for the drug combination graphi.Results:According to the standard of treatment of Post-Stroke Depression,a total of 104 prescriptions,a total of 147 drugs,the total frequency of 1165 times,the use of more than 40 times the frequency of drugs in a total of 8 flavors,a total of 401 times,accounting for the total number of drugs used in the frequency of 34.42%.The use of 20 times more than a total of 17 drugs,the use of a total of 626 times,accounting for the total number of drugs used in the frequency of 53.73%.There were 330 eligible drug association rules,including the rules of Bupleurum most,136,followed by Licorice,110,once again,turmeric,a total of 105,the important rules are: Pinellia→Poria,fossil fragments→concha ostreae,radices paeoniae alba + liquorice→Bupleurum,Rrhizoma acori graminei +Bupleurum→radix curcumae,dried tangerine or orange peel + Poria + rhizoma acori graminei→Pinellia,Pinellia + dried tangerine or orange peel + Poria + rhizoma acori graminei→fructus aurantii immaturusand so on.Conclusion: Bupleurum for the treatment of Post Stroke Depression of the main drugs,the main treatment of Post Stroke Depression are: heat Chufan,Yang Xin Anshen;line of phlegm,Jieyu Kaiqiao;Qi and blood,replenishing heart and spleen;,Blood circulation,blood stasis.Through the analysis of association rules,we can reveal the common rules of medication and basic law,and can be found can not easily be found in the potential compatibility rules,will help improve the level of clinical syndrome differentiation.
