Analysis And Observation On The Effect Of Yougui Capsules In Varying Degrees Of Kidney Yang Deficiency Of Elderly Male On Sex Hormone Levels

Objective: Combined with epidemiology using modern statistical methods, explore taking Yougui capsules of dif ferent degree of kidney yang deficiency in elderly m ale symptoms and signs, kidney yang deficiency sy mptom score and the level of sex horm one influence, in order to further improve the quality of life of elderly men, adjust the level of the sex hormone, delaying aging provide certain theoretical basis and reliable research materials.Method: The study of 90 cases were derived from 2014 March 1, to 2015 January 30, Shandong Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in cadre health dep artment ward hospitalized patients, accord ing to the de ficiency of Kidney Yang dialectical factor scoring rules, divided into light, m edium and severe deficiency of Kidney Y ang 3 groups given Yougui capsules administered for 8 weeks. Before acquisition by treatm ent, serum testosterone, estradiol, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone thorn numerical, and its inclusion in the dedi cated database analysis. The method of chem iluminescence immunoassay was used for the determ ination of chemiluminescence immunoassay. At the same time to collect and obser ve the blood routine, liver f unction, renal function, drug adverse reaction data for safety assessm ent. Using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software, the data analysis, and th e effect of the right capsule to the male sex hormone levels were analyzed.Results:1.Three groups of dif ferent degrees of ki dney yang deficiency of the elderly after treatment of the kidney yang deficiency sym ptoms score were decreased, the severity of kidney yang deficiency, the m ore obvious symptoms of TCM after treatm ent.2. The serum testosterone(T) and estrad iol(E2), luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating thorn hormone(FSH) level of m ild group before and af ter contrast P > 0.05). There were no significant dif ferences in; in the m oderate and severe groups and three groups before and after treatm ent, compared to its own(all P < 0.05, with statistical significance; but in the third group t into rising trend, E2, LH, FSH into downward trend.3. The treatment of kidney yang deficiency symptom score and serum testosterone(T) showed a negative corre lation, and estradiol( E2), luteinizing prime(LH), f ollicle stimulating stimulating hormone(FSH) showed a pos itive correlation, age and a low positive correlation.Conclusion: The right of the capsule can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of the three groups, improve T, and reduce the the aged m ale kidney yang deficiency symptom score,value of E2, LH, FSH. With the aggravation of kidney yang deficiency, the effect of TCM sym ptoms and sex horm one after treatment is more obvious.. So we can infer that the kidney yang deficiency and the degree of sex hormone levels in close contact; the more severe the degree of the kidney ya ng deficiency, Yougui Pill Capsule on sexual hormone levels improved more obvious.
