Looking evidence of possible mechanism for FD cure of relapse of electric-acupuncture.Methods:(1)Observation of clinical research on 40 patients of accord the including standard of FD, in accordance with "Health Statistics" random number method approach divided into 20 cases of EA group and drug treatment group. The patients of EA group acupuncture “Tianshu” 、 “Zusanli(Bilateral)” 、“Zhongwan” 、 “TaiChong(Bilateral)” and “Tanzhong” point, after the acuesthesia, connected to the Korean multifunction of EA(wave:densitywave; frequency:2/100HZ; intensity:2-12mA). Show that acupuncture and drug therapy can relieve symptoms in FD patients, increase concentration of Ghrelin Gastrointestinal hormones, EA effective than drugs and prevent relapse FD.(2)Animal studies: ①Generally score: generally score of model rats of modeling stage dropped significantly, With normal feeding phase, treatment phase and the same stage of the normal control group was significant(P<0.01); generally score of drug treatment group in treatment stage were higher than the same score in general stage of model group(P<0.01); EA group stage of rats with the same score in general stage model group and Same stage Drug group were higher(P<0.01); ②The rate of gastric residual: EA group were the lowest rate of gastric residual(That is the fastest gastric emptying), compare the model group to drug treatment group is significant difference(P<0.01,P<0.01). ③The concentration values of Plasma Ghrelin、MTL、GAS: Rat Gastrointestinal hormones Ghrelin、MTL、GAS concentration of EA group were higher than model group(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05); Ghrelin concentration of EA group is higher than drug treatment group(P<0.05). ④Antral tissue physiological and pathological morphology: After each group of rats abdominal anatomy found, no rat gastric is mucosal ulceration,bleeding or inflammation, only the model group gastric On the 9th and the 12 th rat is mucosa white color. Show that acupuncture and medication can ease the behavior of FD rats、restore weight increase eating、promote gastric emptying by increased level of Ghrelin.Conclusions:(1)Acupuncture and drug therapy can ease the unwell of FD patients and can improve the behavior of FD rats;(2)Acupuncture and drug therapy can rise the concentration of Gastrointestinal hormones and promote gastric motility;(3)Acupuncture and drug therapy are more positive FD clinical efficacy, The rate of recovered markedly of EA group and drug group respectively was 75% and 60%, the rate of total respectively was 95% and 90%, EA clinical efficiency higher than drug;(4)Acupuncture Prevention and cure can reduce the rate of clinical relapses of FD.Mechanism of acupuncture treatment of FD may Increase the Motion of gastrointestinal and ease the unwell of FD by enhance the content of Ghrelin etc brain gut peptide of Peripheral circulation. |
