The Comparison Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupoint Injection And Common Acupuncture For Neck Stomach Syndrome

Object:At present, acupuncture is a main method for Neck stomach syndrome, the effect was been verify. This study is to observe acupuncture point injection’s clinical effect for neck stomach syndrome, ordinary acupuncture comparison.And analysis its influence to cervical vertebra and stomach symptoms and life situation.On the basis of observation of acupuncture point injection for cervical stomach syndrome, discuss its possible mechanism furtherly, and show its advantages, to find the more effective and simple method for this disease.Methods:Cases of this topic all came from the first hospital of Wuhan, which based on the neck stomach syndrome diagnostic criteria of selection.All cases were Set as two groups randomly, each has 30 cases. The treatment group adopted the method of point injection therapy which selected the cervical spondylosis routine acupuncture points, each point injection of 0.5~1 ml diluting good compound angelica injection once every two days. Treated three times was as a period of treatment. The study was treated two periods totally and one day between treatments as interval. Control group adopted the method of common acupuncture which selected the sameas the treatment group of acupoints, acupuncture half an hour per day and six consecutive for one period of treatment. Also, the study was treated two periods totally and one day between treatments as interval. Ask patients to fill in the gastrointestinal tract symptoms integral table and life quality Survey before and after treatment.Results:1.The comparison of cervical curative effect: The effective rate was 100% and 93.33% respectively(P>0.05).2.The comparison of GSRS: Symptom of two groups were both significantly decline after treatment(P<0.05),and result is close to(P>0.05). 3.The comparison of SF- 36: The quality of both group’s life was improved(P<0.05).Treatment group is better on mental health and physical pain(P>0.05).Conclusions:Both two treaments were valid to cervical vertebra and gastrointestinal symptoms of neck stomach syndrome, improve people’s quality of life. And their effect is close to. And acupuncture point is simple and save time, is convenient to patients,and worthy to promote.
