| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy in Treating lower limbs edema and other adverse reactions of Calcium antagonists with Huoluolishui Decoction and explore its mechanism of action.Methods:A randomized, self-control study was performed. Form June 2014 to March 2015,50 patients with mid-to-moderate primary hypertension, who experienced edma after receiving amlodipine (22 cases),nifedipine(28 cases),were enrolled in the study. All above mentioned cases plus Huoluolishui Decoction.The treatment cycle was 8 weeks. The observations and comparisions before and after Huoluolishuiyin Decoction Treatment included:The severity of edema and other adverse reactions; TCM syndrome score. All data were analyzed with SPPS 19 software.Results:1. The treatment group compared with control group detumescence comprehensive curative effect after medication, in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group did not see edema after 13 cases,15 cases of mild edema, foot dorsum is still edema in 2 cases, edema of diuretics in the control group did not see the 4 cases,6 cases of mild edema, foot back still edema,20 cases. Two groups by chi-square test, the treatment group have obvious advantages than the control group (P< 0.01). The group test, two treatment group had obvious difference, the treatment group is better than the control group.2. Treatment group dorsalis pedis sag degree average of before treatment was 2.67±0.52mm, Average of after treatment was 0.55±0.44mm, Average amplitude for treatment was 0.78±0.16; The control foot dorsum sag degree average of before treatment was 2.58±0.55mm, Average of after treatment was 1.51±0.76mm, Average amplitude for treatment was 0.43±0.25;The group test, two treatment group had obvious difference, thetreatment group is better than the control group.3. After crus surrounds elution with mean was 35.59±4.24cm, As the average as before treatment was 37.90±4.12cm, Average of after treatment was 35.77±4.25cm, Average amplitude for treatment was 0.92±0.42;The control group after crus surrounds elution with mean was 36.22±4.80cm, Average of before treatment was 38.5±4.70cm, Average of after treatment was 37.53±4.64cm, Average amplitude for treatment was 0.43±0.08; The group test, two treatment group had obvious difference, the treatment group is better than the control group.4. Treatment group after elution average sufficient neck circumference was 25.53±3.55cm, Average of before treatment was 28.08±3.60cm, Average of after treatment was 25.77±3.55cm, Average amplitude for treatment was 0.90±0.03。The control group after elution average of sufficient neck circumference was 25.88±4.53cm, Average of before treatment was 28.23±4.41cm, Average of after treatment was 26.85±4.54cm, Average amplitude for treatment was 0.41±0.07。The two groups before and after treatment by t test there is obvious difference (P< 0.01). The group test, two treatment group had obvious difference, the treatment group is better than the control group.5. After drug treatment group and control group had significantly lower total score of syndromes (P< 0.01), but the treatment group total score significantly lower than the control group after treatment, there are significant differences (P< 0.01). Comprehensive curative effect of syndromes treatment group total effective rate was 100%, significantly higher than the control group 40.00%, with significant difference (P< 0.01). In various symptoms on the total effective rate in treatment group is better than that of control group, the symptoms improved significantly better than that of control group, with significant difference (P< 0.01).Conclusion:Treatment group in improving calcium antagonists lead to lower limb edema disease curative effect and clinical symptoms of detumescence is better than the control group. |
