The Clinical Reasrch Of Yang Xin Jie Yu Soup To Treat Mild Depression Disorder In The Elderly After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective: To observe the effect of YangXinJieYu Soup in the treatment of mild depression disorder in the elderly after percutaneous coronary intervention and explore the mechanism of the action.Methods: 1. 60 patients suited for the research are randomly devided into two groups: 30 patients in treatment group and 30 in control group. They were given the HAMD depression scale scores, TCM symptom score and electrocardiogram examination before and after treatment. 2. All the patients received secondary prevention of coronary heart disease therapy(anticoagulation, crown expansion, antiplatelet, lipid-lowering) and general psychological intervention.Furthermore, the treatment group received the added services of Chinese medicine YangXinJieYu Soup, twice a day, after the meal and breakfast, four weeks for a course. Then, the performance(including the relieving extent of depression and Chinese symptoms) in the elderly after percutaneous coronary intervention and treartment by YangXinJieYu Soup were observed. 3.Data processing use spss17.0 statistical software.Results: 1. The comparison of curative effect in the aspect of HAMD: The patients in two groups were improved in depression, total effective rate of treatment group is 90.0%. Compared with the control group, there are significant differences were obtained(P <0.01). 2. The comparison of curative effect in the aspect of the Chinese symptoms: total effective rate of treatment group is 93.3%. Compared with the control group, there are significant differences were obtained(P <0.01).3. The comparison of curative effect in the aspect of electrocardiogram examination: total effective rate of treatment group is 76.7%. Compared with the control group, there are significant differences were obtained(P <0.05). 4.Adverse reactions: No significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:Chinese medicine YangXinJieYu Soup can effectively relieve senile coronary heart disease(CHD) after interventional clinical symptoms mild depression disorder. Its benefit effect maybe obtain by improving cardiac function and myocardial blood flow. Therefore, the proposed method provides a new promising platform for doing further biological research.
