Objective: In this study, questionnaire forms were observed in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) postoperative depression of the distribution of the population, to provide an objective basis for early identification and further treatment, and to improve clinical attention and treatment rates. Methods:The relevant information of all patients with coronary heart disease was collected from our hospital department of Cardiology by self-made questionnaire, which were treated with PCI. The information included the patients’ age, gender, occupation, education, income and so on; With self-reported depression scale(SDS), the questionnaire survey in SDS scale score greater than or equal to 53 is classified as depression, 53-62 for mild depression, 63-72 for moderate depression, more than 72 for major depression. Explore the relationship between coronary heart disease patients undergoing PCI of depression and general information. Results: 1.The prevalence rate of depression in coronary heart disease after PCI was34.26%. 2. the average age of the depression is group 62.36 ± 7.83 years, the average age of non-depressed is group 57.18 ± 10.94 years, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01), can be considered as the elderly patients prone to depression after the treatment of coronary artery disease undergoing PCI. 3.The incidence of depression for male is 24.52% and female 59.02%, if the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), it can be considered as the rate of depression is higher in female patients than male patients after PCI 4.Professional for farmers or residents, workers, cadres of the three kinds of patients, the incidence of depression was 36.03%, 36.36%, 20.00%,if there was no statistically significant difference(P = 0.305>0.05), it can be thought of there was no difference of depression treatment in farmers or residents, workers, or cadres after PCI postoperative incidence 5.Primary school and below, middle school, high school education or above, patients of different cultural background, the incidence of depression was 50.62%, 28.57%, 4.35%, if the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01), visible degree of incidence of depression in patients with different cultures is not all the same. Furthermore, compare different cultural background one with another, l the differences were statistically significant, it is concluded that different cultural levels of patients with PCI treatment of postoperative incidence of depression is not the same, all Primary school and below>the junior middle school>high school education. 6.patients with income of less than or equal to 2000 yuan/month, 2000 ~ 4000 yuan/month, more than 4000 yuan and above, the incidence of depression was 46.72%, 27.59%, 2.78%, with significant difference statistically significant(P < 0.01), and different income can be thought of incidence of depression is not all the same. Furthermore, if compare the patients of different income one with another, if differences were statistically significant, it can be concluded that different income of patients treated PCI postoperative incidence of depression is not the same, all the depression incidence of less than or equal to 2000 yuan/month >2000 ~ 4000 yuan/month >more than 4000 yuan/month. 7.Patients with the number of stent placement for 1, 2 ~ 3, 4 and above, the incidence of depression was 15.12%, 40.87%, 93.33%, if the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), number of PCI postoperative implant stents can be thought of different incidence of depression is not all the same. Compare the patients with different number of stent placement one with another, if it was statistically significant, it is concluded that the number of stent placement in patients with different incidence of depression is not the same, all the incidence of depression in patients with four or more implanted >2 ~ 3 groups >1 group. 8.Hyperlipidemia incidence of depression is 37.50%, without hyperlipidemia incidence is 31.67%, if there was no statistically significant difference(P = 0.369 >0.05), blood lipids and hyperlipidemia patients can be thought of PCI therapy there was no difference in incidence of depression. 9.Hypertension incidence of depression is 36.14%, without hypertension incidence is 33.08%, if there was no statistically significant difference(P = 0.645 >0.05), it can be thought of there was no difference of incidence of depression between normal blood pressure and high blood pressure after PCI treatment. 10.Diabetes incidence of depression is 37.50%, without diabetes incidence is 33.33%, if there was no statistically significant difference(P = 0.592 >0.05), there was no difference in incidence of depression between normal blood sugar and diabetes patients after PCI therapy. 11.the incidence of depression in patients who seldom have sexual life is 70.00% and 23.49% who has normal sexual life according to recent(January) investment. If there are significant difference statistically(P<0.01), it can be considered that emotion depression is high in patients with seldom sexual life after PCI according to recent(January) investment. Conclusion: 1.The incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD) line of PCI postoperative depression was 34.26%. 2.Age, female and low degree of culture, low economic income, number of stent placement, and more recently the occurrence of negative life events(January) patients are more prone to depression. 3.The incidence of depression in the distribution between farmers and citizens, workers, cadres no difference. 4. In the blood lipids, hyperlipidemia, normal blood glucose and diabetes, blood pressure, high blood pressure in patients with normal distribution no difference.
