Evaluation Of Clinical Curative Effects Of Heweihuashi Soup In The Treatment Of Postoperative Gastrointestinal Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

Objective To investigate the effects of Heweihuashi soup in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal gastrointestinal dysfunction which mainly as postcibal satiety,early satiety, the degree and frequency of upper abdominal pain, abdominal burning sensation.Methods 90 cases that conformed to the inclusive criteria were randomly allocated into three groups:group A (30 cases were treated with Heweihuashi soup),group B (30 cases were treated with Heweihuashi soup + omeprazole), group C (30 cases were treated with omeprazole).Observe and record the differences in clinical efficacy of the three groups in postcibal satiety, early satiety, upper abdominal pain,,the frequency and degree of upper abdominal pain, abdominal burning sensation. SPSS 17.0 software package were usd to analysis experimental results, Measurement data (x±s), using t test. Count data using X2 test. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Conclusion Compared to using Heweihuashi soup,the combined application of Heweihuashi soup and omeprazole, simply using omeprazole,the frequency of reducing the occurrence of postoperative upper abdominal pain was statistically significant (P<0.05);The difference in the improvement in upper abdominal burning sensation between the combined application of Heweihuashi soup and omeprazole,group had statistical significance (P<0.05);The difference in the improvement of TCM Syndrome between simply using Heweihuashi soup and the combined application of Heweihuashi soup and omeprazole,group had statistical significance (P<0.05);Total effective rate of the clinical symptoms in the three groups after treatment had statistical significance (P<0.05); Total effective rate of the improvement of TCM Syndrome between the three groups had statistical significance (P<0.05);It illustrated that Heweihuashi soup in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal gastrointestinal dysfunction better than omeprazole. Heweihuashi soup Can improve the frequency of upper abdominal pain more effectively; The combined application of Heweihuashi soup and omeprazole can improve the upper abdominal burning sensation better; Whether simply or combined with others, Heweihuashi soup can improve the marks of TCM Syndrome and more effectively.
