Huang Longshang Curative Effect Observation In The Treatment Of Abdominal Postoperative Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

Purpose: to observe Huang Longshang of abdominal postoperative patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction syndrome belongs to the factors of influence,discusses Huang Longshang clinical curative effect for the treatment of abdominal postoperative astrointestinal dysfunction.Method: with abdominal postoperative patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction syndrome belongs to the factors as clinical research object,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,in 60 patients with standard,and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,were given regular treatment.The treatment group given Huang Longshang,control group given plain boiled water.Two groups in postoperative fasting water after 6 h respectively huanglong soup and plain boiled water,100 ml of oral,8:00,early night 18:00 each time,first bowel movement to stop to medicine.After treatment on two groups of postoperative bowel sound recovery,for the first time the exhaust time,for the first time defecation time,degree of postoperative abdominal distention,overall efficacy as observation index,statistical analysis and inference,the evaluation Huang Longshang in abdominal postoperative efficacy in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.Results: treatment group of bowel sounds recovery effect is better than that of control group,was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Treatment group first postoperative exhaust time was shortened,was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Treatment group after operation for the first time was shorten defecation time,was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Degree of postoperative abdominal distension treatment group than the control group significantly reduce,was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The treatment group is better than control group in the clinical curative effect,was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huang Longshang can effectively promote the recovery of bowel sounds abdominal postoperative patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction,shorten the duration of postoperative exhaust bowel movement for the first time,patients can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative abdominal distention,type in the factors on the treatment of abdominal postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction obtained satisfactory clinical effect.
