Objectives:chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, COPD) is a common and frequently-occurring disease of respiratory disease, it is currently one of the leading causes of death worldwide, with the air quality, the influence of various factors such as smoking, the incidence increased year by year. The disease is mainly characterized by continuous airway obstruction, and progressive irreversible development, lung function gradually decline, the quality of life in patients with decreased obviously. The pathogenesis of existing main protease/resistance protease imbalances theories, cell factor theory, theory of infection, etc. This experiment selected inflammatory factors and cytokines of interleukin- 32(IL- 32), matrix metalloproteinases 9(MMP-9), calcitonin(PCT) and C- reactive protein(CRP) to study the in the acute aggravating period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(acute exacerabation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, AECOPD) in patients with serum level. Methods: using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA) method and immune turbidimetric method and immunofluorescence chromatography detection in October 2013 to August 2014 of 50 cases admitted in our hospital respiratory between chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases Acute exacerbation(AECOPD) patients, 45 cases of Acute attack of asthma(Acute bronchial asthma) patients, and 45 cases of healthy TiJianZu serum matrix metalloproteinases 9(MMP 9) and interleukin- 32(IL- 32), serum calcitonin source(PCT) and c-reactive protein(CRP) level, and compare the relationship between each other. Results: the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period and acute attack of asthma patients serum IL- 32, MMP- 9, PCT and CRP levels were higher than healthy control group, a group of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute aggravating period of serum IL- 32, MMP- 9, PCT and CRP levels significantly higher than control group, patients who suffering acute asthma difference was statistically significant, as the decline in lung function, MMP- 9 and IL-32 value increased significantly, positively correlated with lung function, and MMP- 9 in AECOPD patients increased more obviously; Conclusion: IL- 32 and MMP- 9 can not judge the severity of AECOPD infection, and was positively correlated with the severity of lung function, the worse lung function, increase the more obvious, the most sensitive, MMP- 9 in AECOPD patients can be used as a judgment in patients with AECOPD attack an important indicator of severity.PCT and CRP were positively correlated, both joint which can diagnose the infection status of AECOPD, and to guide clinical antibiotics use.
