Objective: Induced sputum cell counts is a noninvasive detection method, which canquickly and objectively reflect the lung inflammation. In this experiment, chronicobstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation (AECOPD),-severe bronchialasthma, healthy control group for the study, the percentage of pairwise comparisoncounting rows each age and induced sputum cell discussed between the age groupsconstitute each packet classification induced sputum cells and whether there weredifferences in moderate to severe bronchial asthma and bronchial asthma induced sputumcell sorting whether there was a difference.Methods:2011randomly selected in line with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseaseGlobal Initiative (GOLD guidelines) diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructivepulmonary disease with acute exacerbation (AECOPD) hospitalized patients30cases,15cases each for men and women.15cases of severe asthma diagnosed30cases ofhospitalized patients, men and women each-in line with2013randomly selected GlobalStrategy for Asthma Management and Prevention (GINA guidelines) in the diagnosticcriteria. Randomly selected30cases of healthy men and women15cases each. Inclusioncriteria: three groups of selected candidates were non-smokers, bronchial and lunginfection did not occur within the AECOPD group over the past month, nearly twomonths without the use of hormones; bronchial asthma group: a clear history of bronchialasthma over one year, nearly1month without serious asthma attack in hospital, andmaintain more than four weeks, nearly two months without the use of hormones, disabletheophylline48h or more. Sputum sample collection and handling: induced sputumcytology classification and counting with reference to the Chinese Society of RespiratoryDiseases credits would be recommended approach. Statistical Methods: Statistical analysis used SPSS17.0software processing, induced sputum cell NEU%, EOS%, X±S said count data rate was expressed LYM%, M%measurement data. The measurementdata of the two groups observed indicators when normal distribution and homogeneity ofvariance was used to compare two independent samples t test, used the two independentsamples Mann-Whitney U test when non-normal distribution or heterogeneity of variance,P <0.05indicated statistical difference significance.Results:1, The age of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acuteexacerbation (AECOPD) was too large in mid-heavy bronchial asthma and healthycontrol group (P <0.01).2, The chronic pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation(AECOPD) induced sputum neutrophil cell sorting center-based (P <0.01),-severebronchial asthma induced sputum differential cell neutrophils and eosinophils as main (P<0.01), the healthy control group induced sputum cell sorting based macrophage (P<0.01).3, Counted the percentage of subjects with severe bronchial asthma, eosinophilswere significantly higher than moderate asthma subjects (P <0.01), while the two groupsof subjects in the induced sputum differential cell count percentage of neutrophils, lymphocytes counting the percentage of phagocytic cell count was no significantdifference percentage (P>0.05).
